III. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

All of our products are backed by our satisfaction guarantee so you can rest assured that your order is always risk free! If not completely satisfied with the performance of any item, simply return the unused portion in the original package in accordance with our return procedures for a refund or exchange. We will gladly exchange any defective items ordered from our site for up to 25 days after the original shipping date! If you would prefer to return the item for a refund, then simply return the unused portion within 15 days from the date of shipment of merchandise. All cartridges that are returned must contain at least 75% of the cartridge's capacity as purchased. Please be sure to follow the return policy as described herein. IV. ORDER, PAYMENT AND SHIPPING PROCEDURES

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. MyPrinterInk.Com (Meraj Distributors) reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Orders placed by credit card do not get charged until the full order has been shipped. In order to protect the interests of our customers, orders placed over Rs. 9,000.00 or US$200.00 may require additional customer verifications or information, as determined by our credit department, before we can process your order.

Charges displayed on the site are inclusive of cost of the product service fee for payment and facilitation fee (Details of break up will be provided on request). In case the customer would like to pay using an alternate payment mode that is acceptable to us, the service fee for payment will be adjusted with the total payable amount for the order. If the product is picked up directly by the customer from the vendor the applicable delivery charge will be deducted from the total amount payable by the customer. We accept all International and Indian Credit Cards and also offer payment option through Net-Banking. Customers using foreign and international cards should note that this online payment gateway accepts payments only in Indian Rupees. Therefore, the amount charged is the INR value of the product displayed on the site which is converted into US Dollars or any other foreign currency at the actual prevailing conversion rate while passing on the order to the payment gateway. Similarly for any applicable refunds the full INR amount which has been charged is refunded which is converted into US Dollars or any other foreign currency at the actual prevailing conversion rate. The difference if any in the refund and amount charged is due to the fluctuation of the conversion rate. In some cases where an international credit card has been used the Credit Card Issuing Company levies a transaction charge for any charge / refund issued. The applicable charge is decided by the issuing bank. Meraj Distributors (MyPrinterInk.Com) would refund only the amount charged in INR as displayed on the website. Meraj Distributors (MyPrinterInk.Com) is not responsible for any charge levied by the credit card Issuing bank for the foreign transaction.

All prices are in INR and the dollar price shown on the site has been calculated for the purpose of indication only at the conversion rate of INR 45.00 to a US Dollar.

Meraj Distributors (MyPrinterInk.Com) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been levied via credit card. In the event the payment has been processed by Meraj Distributors (MyPrinterInk.Com) the same shall be credited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email.

In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Meraj Distributors (MyPrinterInk.Com) will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the customer and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the customer. We accept credit card information on our secure server. Please do not give your credit information by email / telephone or any other source.

International Orders

MyPrinterInk.Com does accept orders from most countries outside the India . However the shipping charges may differ from the Indian charges.

MyPrinterInk.Com does not accept orders outside the the India for any laser toner products.

MyPrinterInk.Com does not assume any responsibility for custom duty charges or regulations for countries out of the India.

Payment Methods

MyPrinterInk.Com accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, bank demand draft, checks, and money orders. These payment methods will be accepted online, via telephone, via mail or by fax.

To order by mail with a check, money order or credit card:

Select the items you wish to buy by clicking on the "order" buttons on the right hand side. This will add your items to your shopping cart.

When you have selected everything you need, click on the "Checkout" button. This takes you to the first check out page where you will be asked to enter your billing information.

Fill in all of the blanks and then click on the "Continue to Checkout" button. This takes you to the "Confirm Order Details" page.

Review the information that you have previously entered then select either the option that says "Use this address for my shipping address", the option that says "I need to enter another address for shipping", or click on the "<< Go Back" button to change your billing information. Unless you need to "<< Go Back", click on the "Continue >>" button on the lower right side of the page.

If you are entering another address for shipping, please fill out this page as you did on the previous page then click on the "Continue >>" button and proceed to the next page where your shipping information will be confirmed. Demand Draft / Pay Order / Cheque

If you do not have access to a Net Banking facility or a Credit Card, you can still make purchases on MyPrinterInk.Com website. You can place an online order and send us a Demand Draft / Pay Order / Cheque of the total amount. Your order shall be shipped immediately upon receipt of the Demand Draft or Pay Order. However, in case of payment through Cheque, order shall be processed only upon realization. Please understand the following points when making payments through Demand Draft / Pay Order / Cheque:

1. All payments through Cheque/Demand Draft/Pay Order should be drawn in favour of ""Meraj Distributors" or "ISE Cards India Limited" payable at Lucknow, India .

2. Incase of payment through cheque payable outside Lucknow, add Rs.50 on the purchase value as bank collection charges.

3. The Cheque/Demand Draft/Pay Order should mention the Customer ID and Order ID on the backside.

Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship on, Sundays or holidays.. Shipments outside the 35 states India cannot ship "standard" ground service and/or may involve additional requirements. Shipments to remote and/or rural locations may require additional time for delivery. MyPrinterInk.Com is responsible for delivery up through the confirmation of delivery. MyPrinterInk.Com is not responsible for any packages lost, damaged or stolen after delivery.
