Policy and Procedure
You may return
items purchased online within a period of 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
However, return will be accepted only if the purchase has been made through MyPrinterInk.Com
website. If
you are returning an unneeded or wrongly ordered non-defective product, you may
be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. In cases where you return
one item that is unneeded or wrongly ordered along with other defective items,
we reserve the discretion whether or not to charge you the 15% restocking fee
for the unneeded/wrongly ordered item. We
do not reimburse or refund you for any shipping fees, including return shipping
fees. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We strongly
recommend that you send your return using a shipping company that provides you
with a way to track your package. Please
allow up to 12 business days after we receive your return for your replacement
or refund to be processed. If you are eligible for a refund, we will take every
step possible to process all refunds within 12 working days from receipt of returned
items. Note that credit card companies can take up to 30 days to process a credit
from a merchant. To
return any of the items, do the following:

Intimate return via email at customercare@myprinterink.com
mentioning item(s) to be returned alongwith
order ID.
2.
In response to your return intimation, you will be issued a Return ID number.
While shipping for return, please mention this ID. 3.

Upon
receipt of returned item(s), you will be intimated via email. Refund will be made
in the following manner : 1. If purchase was made using a Credit Card /
Net Banking, the refund amount would be credited to your account and duly notified
to you by email. Transaction charges levied by the bank shall be deducted from
the refund amount. 2.
For purchases made through DD/PO/Cheque, amount shall be refunded through Demand
Draft drawn in the name of the purchaser. Bank and courier charges shall be deducted
from the refund amount. NOTE:
So as to ensure you are inconvenienced as little as possible, MyPrinterInk.Com
will occasionally send replacement products while waiting for the initially-purchased
product to be returned. If the initially-purchased item is not received by MyPrinterInk.Com,
you will be charged an additional fee for the replacement item.
